Description
The water from Arroyo Sequit Creek cuts a path through Leo Carrillo Beach sand and flows into Santa Monica Bay.
The Arroyo Sequit Creek watershed is the historical habitat for the Southern California steelhead trout. Southern California steelhead trout are a federally listed endangered species. They are also a California state listed Species of Special Concern.
A major construction project to improve the waterway was completed in 2015 to give the steelhead trout a better chance for survival.

Well Done! Sadly What Is Left of an Arroyo On the California Coast! Water from rivers has been chocked off everyway.
