Dotson House And Restaurant
William and Louise Dotson and their four children moved to Allensworth from Oakland, California. Upon arriving, Mr. Dotson supported the family working at various jobs. In 1914 they open a restaurant in the front of their home.

Allensworth was a California town from 1908 until it was purchased by the State of California as part of its State Park System.
These vintage furniture pieces are housed in the 26 remaining buildings.

I am a retired Information Technology Project Manager located in Santa Monica, California. I’ve loved photography and started taking photos in the late 1970s.
