A local vendor displays and sell his wears in a unique stand that is a converted Airstream trailer on Santa Monica Pier.
Airstream and Route 66 are icons of early cross-country travel.
Route 66 stretched 2,451 miles from Chicago to Los Angeles, ending in Santa Monica at the pier.
Airstream travel trailers have been around since 1931.
