The RMS Queen Mary - Long Beach, California
The Queen sailed on her maiden voyage on 27 May 1936.
She sailed the last time on 31 October 1967 and sailed to the port of Long Beach, California where she remains permanently moored.
The ship serves as a tourist attraction featuring restaurants, museum and a hotel. The ship is listed on the National Register of Historical Places.
The amber glow of light from the ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles Cargo Container Shipping operations provides a beautiful background for The Queen after dark.
